In this workshop, I will share basic physical practices, breathing techniques and spontaneous joy to help invigorate mind, body and spirit - and maybe even laugh a little. These are tips and techniques shared with all walks of life - from neighbourhood locals to Capitol Hill - and everywhere in between. Simple and effective ways to bring balance from head to toe. All you need is an open mind, a sense of humour and curiosity on how to take better care of yourself. Not a bad deal, eh?
