Human errors are inevitable. But when these human errors lead up to safety incidents, the blame has always been put on an individual. Human factors acknowledges that human errors happen and focuses on what caused the human to err in the first place. Human factors in safety takes into concern all those factors that influence people and their behaviour in safety-critical situations.
In this session, Manu is going to provide an insight into Human Factors Analysis and identify the risk modulators that will help in minimizing human errors.
