About the session
Not everyone will climb a mountain, win an Olympic medal, or start a company that changes the world. The majority of people don’t change the world with one grand act—they change lives in small ways every day. Most of us simply show up every day to work, to support our families, and to do our best. This keynote explores how noticing certain moments, can transform ordinary work into meaningful impact—and how becoming someone’s hero might be simpler than you think.
This Keynote uses a story of Tanya serving in Venezuela during a devastating flood. It has a powerful story with visuals, laughter, a safety message and a motivational message to create a healthy culture at work through serving each other
