Principal Industrial Hygienist, Aura Health and Safety Corporation
Mona is a certified industrial hygienist with over 20 years of experience in exposure assessment, chemical review, and environmental public health. She has experience working in several different industries including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, transportation, and clean energy production. She has a passion for conducting research in occupational and environmental public health, having published several peer-review publications on subjects ranging from beryllium to bed bugs. She is currently an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia and is the Principal Industrial Hygienist at Aura Health and Safety where she and her team have been conducting research on artificial fog exposures in the film industry.
